Arctic Holdings and Leasing Ltd; based in Yellowknife, North West Territories, was formed in 2005 and is a division of the Works Alberta group of companies, who specialize in highway construction, municipal construction and highway maintenance services. This network has provided Arctic Holdings and Leasing with the technical expertise and vast resources of a larger group which help us bring our services to the marketplace more efficiently and helps to ensure a high quality product to our customers.
